"Been genuinely trying to hire someone competent that can deliver/manage HA solutions on-prem based on open source software, for more than 6 months now but with little success. Someone that knows Proxmox, nginx, haproxy, zfs, mysql/mariadb clusters, Cisco (vPC ), all the required components to run an app locally and provide HA. I know all these myself but I need to offload some of the tasks. Is this too much or too old of a stack ? Has everyone really moved over to the cloud ? (Note: offered salary 135k, in Canada, remote)."

Pepco says they are not seeing any solar power from the array on our property. I have no access to the Qcells application because there is no account I can log in to. I have been trying to reach the project team for over a month, and I can't get past the call center."
